  I have been a member there for two months. I find their cost is reasonable. They allow you to try out their various courses during the week before a long term commitment. If you go regularly as in couple of times a week, you will find yourself have better abs and firm legs. This is a guarantee. The instructors are fun and knowledgable. No one would judge you during the class, you would go with your own pace. You will find new friendship, they have a good crowd there. They have up keep equipment, clean and friendly environment. If you look for work out alone, sorry this is not your place. This location is accessible by cars and public transport. They also have alarm and security camera in place.

  I love coming to this studio! My home away from home. So many fun classes to chose from. You also get an awesome workout!

  I love the atmosphere and the instructors are awesome! My favourite class is the Wednesday night beginner pole/floor class because we're allowed to wear sexy heels.

  Awesome studio! Instructors really know what they're doing and the atmosphere is very comfortable and doesn't feel competitive.
