  We moved from New Westminster to Oliver on July 27, 2017 and put On Time Moving in charge. From the moment Larry (I was not home to meet him) started packing all our crystal ware, paintings and family heirlooms it was great. The drivers who drove up to Oliver and than unloaded and set up our furniture, just marvelous and very professional. IWe can highly recommend On Time for all your moving. They are on time, professional and the pricing was right. Jack Jackson`s quote was excellent, so if we ever feel like moving again we would not use anybody else but On Time Moving.

  I had to do a two-part move, where my goods had to be moved into storage, and then moved to my new place a month later.

  Scumbags, I had a brand I phone 6 on my counter plugged into the charger, I open all the moving boxes, all I found is the charger but no I phone connected to it. I phoned ON TIME MOVING to tell them about my missing phone and talked to the rude secretary. She said there is nothing they can do about it, it's not there responsibility for lost or STOLEN items. What kind of company gives you that response to a stolen item by there employees? so your company stealing off people makes you a respected company with a AAA rating with the BBB? your a bunch of scumbags, I still have to report your company ON TIME MOVING to the BBB.

  I was really impressed with the care the movers showed in handling my goods, as well as both my residences. Everything was handled carefully, packaged properly, and not a single thing got damaged - which has never happened to me when moving before!

  On time moving really goes above and beyond when it comes to your moving needs. I used them to do a move, store my items and then deliver them all when I found my place. Me being someone who stresses about moving can not thank them enough for making my life easy. They not only pack everything for you but they are fast, efficient and very respectable with your valuables. This team of people really know how to work together to get things done. I can not say enough about this company as a whole. They really take moving up to another level of professionalism. So if you are looking for a moving company honestly, use Ontime. You won't be disappointed.

  This was the worst moving company I have ever used I paid them to pack move store and then move me to my new place they stole jewelry and broke everything possible the move in one of the movers dropped my brand new 60 inch tv right in front of me and shattered the screen. He said whoops did I drop that? They somehow put burn holes in my brand new leather couch they broke the marble in my fireplace and scratched all the wood all my dishes were shattered surround sound came missing wire and half the speakers they broke all three of my flat screens my coffee table and computer desk the only thing not ruined was some of my clothes . I phone in to speak to the owner and file a claim and ask for a claim form and they have the most disrespectful discusting woman who won't return calls I left 16 messages no one would return my call so I went in twice she threatend me and said she was out of forms so I have hired a lawyer and am going to deal with them the best way also they spilled my husbands cremated ashes this was three weeks after his passing absolutely Dont use this company if you care about your things
