  The staff were friendly, helpful, and easygoing. They listened to me and my opinions while also keeping in mind what my pets needed. They are very conscientious and you can tell they really love the animals they take care of. Wonderful people and had a great experience. The creatures are treated well, and from what I can tell, come from safe and reputable sources (at least the hedgehogs do). Couldn't be happier with the service.

  Staff were great and informative, have my youth a tutorial on ball snakes and corn snakes, let him hold them, the staff were very professional and kind.

  The staff are great, very helpful, But we get conflicting advice.

  When I got a hamster from Petland she only lived for two months. (RIP Finley!) So I decided to try again and got another, after only two weeks, I found her not breathing, dead. (RIP Willow!)

  My daughter and I go here far too often haha. For a “big box” pet store I really like them here. We love seeing the animals, which are well cared for. Love the fish department. The fish manager is great: super nice, always helpful and happy to order in requests when possible. Staff are mostly knowledgeable, helpful and nice

  Helpful and friendly staff. Very obvious that the staff cares for the animals. We adopted our little canary from here a few weeks ago and they even called us a few days later to check on how he was settling into his new home.
