  The main part of the job was done in 2 days. However, there was a hiccup in procuring some materials that delayed the completion by about 2 weeks. But, the job was done extremely professionally. The job was a bit pricey but I am very happy with the end result.

  Sean and his team are outstanding. I had my roof done by Penfolds about three years ago. The work was great. The team that did the work were conscientious and respectful.

  I had someone come and do an estimate on a leak in my roof during the winter. Estimated $800 to fix the leak; However we were going to be redoing the roof in the spring, so I thought it seemed a bit crazy to pay that much for a temp. fix. Was suggested to try Penfolds Port Coquitlam. They would charge $300 for the call, but they said their guy may be able to do a temp fix that day. He came over, nice enough guy, looked at everything and put temporary roofing paper over my leak. He said since we were going to be replacing anyways, said that it should hold until we get the roof redone, but not to worry as they would guarantee their fix until the spring.

  I moved into our house 5 years ago, the roof was installed by Penfolds 2 years before that. There were leaking problems in 2 places. Despite several calls and attempts to get them to fix the problems, we were ignored until the 5 year workmanship warranty ran out, then told bluntly not to call anymore. I still remember Dave asking me if I had done my "yearly roof maintenance". What a joke. I also have a friend who had a poor experience with this company. Not recommended.

  We had a big wind storm and the paper started coming up. I called them and lo and behold, they wanted to charge me another $300 to tack the paper back down. I said that the guy had guaranteed his work. operator said, NOPE, $300 or they don't come out.

  The roof replacement project with Penfolds went very smoothly. It looks like the house has got a makeover.

  About a month ago, we had a minor issue with a soffit - which I called Sean to look into. I am not sure this was even an issue with Penfolds but Sean was willing to send someone out to have a look. They fixed the problem with no question. What amazed me was how quickly they looked into it and resolved it. This is after three years.
