  Horrible, horrible, customer service. I had no option to rent elsewhere as Eagle Ridge GM arranged as I needed a vehicle while they fixed my vehicle. They do not provide full tanks of gas, so you get to guess (great way to get more from a cusomter) how much gas is needed when filling for return. The manager is less than customer service oriented. Go anywhere but here to rent a car. Judging by past reviews I am not the first or will be the last to have a negative experience. Things don't seem to be changing with this location regardless of customer complaints.

  After waiting for 5 minutes for our car we sensed something was wrong so we asked where our car was. Apparently whoever had it didn’t show up yet so we asked to be govern something comparable which they did. Businesses can’t always control clients so I was very happy when they offered us another car immediately. Would rent here again the next time I am in Vancouver! We dropped the car off at the airport location where the staff were very efficient & pleasant as was the shuttle driver.

  Great service, I only needed a two day car rental and they explained everything. They were even nice enough to drop me off to work. All staff including the location manager were amazing to deal with. Great customer service. Keep up the good work. Ron, was awesome as well. Arif was great in giving me the car and explaining everything. Raj, the branch manager was super helpful. Thanks guys for the great service. Will do business again. A+++ service.
