  I tried spin class a couple times and its a great workout. I also tried out zumba class but didn't break a sweat. It was fun though.

  My experience with golds gym has been great! I get into the gym when it’s not too busy so I tend to always find a piece of equipment that I need with little wait time! On the weekends or weeknights it can be a challenge to use all the machines you need to but if you’re patient enough then it’s good!

  You also can't bring your gym bags with you. They have to be put in the lockers provided. You also need to bring a lock.

  Very disappointing experience. We weren't even given a tour of the facility when we joined. Customer service really sucks since no one is greeting you or being around if you need help. There's no toilet paper and soap in the bathrooms. Sauna is really cheap looking and dirty all the time. Not sure what is going on with the parking situation either. I only gave it a two star because I've been to a couple classes and really enjoyed it. Instructors were great. If you think this is a top notch gym im happy for you. I will in turn stick to club 16 for now

  I joined the gym in September and have really made great progress increasing strength so far and have gone for personal training twice a week. All the trainers upstairs are super helpful and friendly!

  The front desk staff can be friendly but I find that a lot of the time they are talking about personal issues which I find unprofessional and this sometimes includes conversations I’d rather not here when I come and go.

  Top notch equipment and friendly staff but it's often crowded and for many machines there is almost always wait time. But members are generally courteous. Steam room does not work well and is frequently down. Good place to have a workout overall

  This facility is an absolute nightmare. Do not join under any circumstance. The gym itself has decent equipment but let me explain you what I have observed so far after joining the ‘’ best new gold’s gym in North-America’’. Worse layover of equipment I have seen in my life. It’s extremely busy at all times. I will applaud anyone who can find an unused machine. Which means good luck finding parking. I have been ticketed on several occasions due to lack of parking spots. I also joined due to them having a sauna and steam room. They are out of service for most time. The sauna was broken a while back and replaced with some cheap single use sauna which barely emits any heat. Oh by the way, they always have $0 enrollment, do not get fooled. And for all of you who received a bi-weekly waived or 1 month for free, check your contract, they extent the contract date. False advertisement all over. Look up the owner Victor Newman. He was all over the news previously for hiring non-experienced personal trainers with no certifications. What a shame.

  There's tons of parking. There are 3 levels, the first being the 24 hour gym, ladies only gym and washrooms. The second floor is the main gym which is fairly large and spacious. One half of the room is filled with treadmills, ellipticals, etc. And the other half is all weight machines. The third floor has the spin room, yoga room, and an empty room for other classes.
