  Very nice and friendly staff. Kim is so good and have lots of knowledge of what she is doing. She spent lots of time doing my girlfriends hair and the result by the end was stunning. We definitely recommend Ali and Kim to all our friends and people we know.

  I've had my hair coloured many, many times in my life (usually once a year.) and this place managed to be the only one to break chunks of my hair, and I mean chunks. My crown and underneath are pieces of what I had before. The stylist clearly didn't know how to watch for processing time. Even though I said before we started it processes very quickly, and needs to be toned twice. She left it far too long, didn't tone it as I asked, and didn't even give me a cut! Absolutely THE WORST salon I've ever been to.

  If you want to pay to have someone burn your hair off with product, this is the salon for you! I'm so angry, still, a year later that this place absolutely ruined my hair.

  Best salon I've ever been to! I tell all my friends and family to come here, great service the best results and they're so fun and happy and easy going!! I don't go to anyone else!

  What a joke, no customer service, no welcoming environment, wouldn't be surprised if the shop went bankrupt, I've came twice and both times on a regular Sunday they're close and the store sighs clearly says it's supposed to be open. Terrible business. Please save yourself all the pain, lots of better places in poco

  Plus, I went in for roots and she didn't even put the product up to my root line! So I left with broken chunks of hair, still with roots, no cut and an absolute hate for this salon. If I could give them -5 stars, I would. Beware!
