  I signed up for a storage unit at Maple Leaf Self Storage in Poco in January 2018, just needed a small 5x5 unit to store some items while selling our house. The entire process was very smooth and professional. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I go in they continue to treat me with the same friendliness. I am big on service and they go above and beyond.

  I have used the facilities at Maple Leaf Self Storage, PoCo on 2 occasions, for at least 4 years total. I'm very satisfied with the facilities and the overall experience. The location is clean and efficient. It is also better than a different facility in PoCo that I used for 1 year. The only things that could be improved would be better (and more) dollies, a bit higher air temperature, and cheaper rental rate, but I would expect they are inline with the competition for price.

  Reasonable rates and friendly staff. After visiting a couple other storage places in the PoCo area, I decided to go with them. Carolyn contacted me by phone within 5 minutes of me emailing for more information. She was so friendly and helpful that I decided to drive there the same day to look at their facility. I was warmly greeted by Carolyn and Valerie (?). They were both very nice throughout the whole process. Carolyn showed me exactly the unit I wanted which was secure and climate controlled. The whole place was also very clean, accessible and well lit. I will have no problems storing my belongings there so I signed up right away. They allowed me to get a storage even if my move in date won't be for another 2 weeks. I highly recommend this place!

  I have had my things at Maple Leaf Self Storage, PoCo for quite a few years now. It is a great place!. The staff are friendly and they do a super job of keeping things clean and working properly. I have been happy to recommend and have friends sign up as well, after them being at other storage companies. Keep up the great and friendly service

  It is always a pleasure to go into the office of the Port Coquitlam Maple Leaf Self Storage office. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The grounds and buildings clean, Inside hallway floors swept and washed - never dirty/dusty - washroom clean and there is always a nice, clean smell when you enter the building. Definitely would refer them to anyone wanting to find a FINE self storage facility. Doing a great job PoCo!
