    Service is non existent, three staff members standing around the counter talking, and no one even asked me if if I needed he'll, and the store smells terrible, didn't want my pup on the floor

    Nice clean store since they relocated they're not as customer-friendly lots of times they do not have what you're looking for so you have to go somewhere else on a scale from 1 to 10 I would give this a 5

    Good variety of dog food. The only type I'd wish they would have more options for are jerky type freeze dried dog food. However, I haven't seen any in BC aside from Ziwi Peak.

    They have quite a variety of pet supplies. And they're not over priced! Wish the staff were more knowledgeable about certain products and the different pets they carry. Otherwise.. It's a good store! Would recommend.
